Karyn's experience of yoga began as a physical practice that morphed over time into a journey of self discovery and acceptance. Her goal as a teacher is to help create a feeling of ease within the practice for every student. Each class builds confidence and knowledge of one’s body through facilitation of a supportive and nurturing atmosphere. She teaches from personal experience and shares her knowledge with clarity and joy.
Anna Koriath has been a student of yoga since 2005 studying principally in the Ashtanga tradition. After many years of practice she was introduced to the Yin practice by Josh Summers and found it to be the perfect compliment to her busy, active lifestyle. She now teaches both Ashtanga and Yin Yoga. She is honored to share her love of yoga with anybody who will listen.
