What is mantra?
Mantra is the practice of chanting sacred sound. It has an uncanny ability to quiet the mind, reach that yet-unreachable place that wants to transform, and recalibrate you to your natural state of balance. In short: it shifts things.
Each mantra is the energy of particular divine qualities of the Universe, held and expressed as spoken sound. All of these aspects exist within you, as well as outside of you. When you chant, you attune yourself to the aspects of the Universe held in the mantra and cultivate them within you.
Mantra is energy medicine created and delivered through your own body and its natural frequency. It literally uses your voice (and physical body) to connect to Self and Source, and it operates at all levels of being–physical, mental, energetic, emotional, and spiritual–at the same time.
