This special option includes a Foraging and Wild-Crafting Tour with Slow Food leader and ethnobotanist John Forti (www.jforti.com) before the event at 1pm.
John and the stewards of Shilo Farm, will lead an expedition for edible and medicinal plants on the property. Along the way we will learn more about the plants we encounter and the natural world around us. At the end of the tour we will make a seasonal tea from botanicals we find along the way. VIP tickets are $44 and includes the foraging tour, meal, beverages, and more!
