10:00am Sat Manav Yoga Intensive

“Enhancing Life for the Benefit of all Beings”

Highlighting asanas (postures) and pranayams (breathing techniques), this intensive goes beyond the conventional into the heart of Yoga and its life enhancing benefits. Join us in this rejuvenating practice lead by Sat Manav Yogis sharing their passion. Come and learn something new to establish or deepen your practice, adding some new tricks! These Yogis share their knowledge that comes from life experience and dedicated practice under the guidance of their Guru since 1997.

Learn how asanas and pranayam are a means to expand the principle of life, and therefore fulfillment. Reach, extend, and stretch to your greatest potential. The path to a better life and vibrant health is more than just physical well being. Release into your expansive potential, Reverse the effects of aging, and Rejuvenate into what Yoga has to offer!

12:00pm Amazing Vegan Yogi Lunch

Straight from the ashram Kitchen Sunyata Shyam will be bringing her years of knowledge in healing foods that nurture and satiate taste buds, bringing vibrant health. Lunch will be all vegan and a combination of raw and cooked foods borrowing from the Yogic traditions of India. Please let us know any health restrictions or intolerances, allergies etc. prior to arriving.

1:00pm Yoga Philosophy “Science of the Yogis”

Its History and Application in the Modern World.

This engaging talk lead by Bhagavan Das (Shug) will start with the rich and rooted background of traditional Yoga, focusing on its fundamental principles, and how we can all benefit from these timeless teachings. Open discussion time and question opportunities built into the end of the presentation.

2:30pm Vegan Baking Class "The Art of Prasad”


Love to make treats for the people you love , but don't want to compromise their health? Come learn how to prepare sweet treats made without all the bad stuff! You will learn some vegan, gluten free and even Raw Vegan desserts to offer to the divine and share with those you love! By popular demand, Sunyata Shyam will be leaving the Ashram kitchen finally to show you how it's done!

4:00pm Pranayama Class (extending the Life-force through Yogic Breathing)

Some would say that breath is the most important part of life. We would perish in minutes with out this vital nectar of Life! Learn and experience how breath directly affects our health, stress and emotional stability, as well as the connection to longevity and aging. Through breath and breath alone we can master and harness the power of life! With demonstrations and hands on application you will leave with new insights to apply to any practice, yoga style, or meditation you currently do. If your totally new make a practice with just this even a few minutes a day and embrace the beneficial changes it brings to your life!

5:45pm Shiva Lila Kirtan


Possibly the most rowdy, yet invigorating spiritual chanting you will ever experience... Straight from the mountains of their Yogi hermitage ... these Yogis rock !!! Kirtan is a call and response chanting in the Sanskrit language. When offered with de votion it is an outer expression of Nada Yoga - The inner sound of or true nature. Accompanied by dynamic hand percussion this is a musical experience like no other. Heart Expanding and Mind opening... Don’t miss this grand finale of the day!
