FAQ’s
DO I NEED TO PRE-REGISTER?
YES. All classes REQUIRE PRE-REGISTRATION due to limited space. If the class fills, you will be placed on a waitlist.
DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT through KARMASOFT to sign up for classes?
YES. You will need to set up an account through the Karmasoft Student Portal if you haven’t already. If you have been to the studio before, then you are already in our system, so please do not click on the “New Student” button. If you can not remember your password, you may not have set one up yet. Just click the “Forgot your Password” Link, and you will be able to set up a new password.
DO YOU HAVE AN APP THAT I CAN DOWNLOAD FOR MY SMARTPHONE?
YES! Download our App for easy class registration. Click here to download the ANDROID APP or APPLE APP
CAN I BOOK A CLASS FOR A FRIEND?
All guests need to register individually. You cannot just purchase multiple drop-ins without registering; otherwise, a space will not be held for them. If this poses a challenge, please email us if you want to bring additional guests, and we will manually enter them. Thank you!
HOW DO I CANCEL A CLASS?
If you have the Karmasoft app, just tap the BOOKED tab for the class you want to cancel. Or TEXT US at 207-703-8897. It is important to cancel within a 3-hour window to allow folks on the Waitlist to be notified. Thank you!
