STABLE & ABLE

This ALL LEVELS class is informed by the traditional systems of Ashtanga yoga & Ayurvedic medicine. The class focuses on breath-movement coordination for the mindful development of balanced strength, lightness of movement & relaxation. ALL LEVELS.

RESTORE

A gentle, nervous-system–nourishing class blending restorative postures, breathwork, and optional Reiki or hands-on support. Informed by Brittany’s physical therapy background, this practice invites ease, connection, and calm. ALL LEVELS. All are welcome.

RELEASE & RENEW

Release & Renew is a meditative, mindful movement practice with the intention of drawing ourselves out of the headspace and dropping fully into the felt experience of the body. In this class, we’ll allow plenty of time to find ourselves fully in the posture, to find our steady rhythm of breath, and to move freely and with intention.

While longer holds build stamina in the mind and body, they also give us the opportunity to meet ourselves right where we’re at— to modify or rest— and to find what’s needed most. ALL LEVELS

SACRED SWEAT

Sacred Sweat is an athletic and dynamic practice to purify the body and align with the heart. Think Boot camp fitness with a spiritual edge. The woodstove and radiant heat floors will be cranking, getting the room temperature up to a toasty 85 plus degrees. LEVEL 2.
